SHIPPING POLICY -

 

  • Please avoid delays in shipping by matching the shipping and billing address at checkout.

  • Processing time & turn around time is 7-10 business days before order ships out for delivery.

  • Holidays and weekends is not included is business days.

  • Once USPS has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages. All packages are covered with shipping insurance and require a signature upon delivery. 

Can I Change My Order?

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or refunded. Please ensure the sizing of your wig is correct before checkout. No changes can be made to any "Custom Wigs" orders.

What if my wig doesn't fit?

  • KeaLuxe LLC is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. Wig measuring is based on the circumference of your head in inches, measured with measuring tape.

RETURN POLICY- 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, due to sanitation reasons and the nature of products.

KeaLuxe Hair Co. ensures that each customer exceptional service.

 

EXCHANGES - (if applicable) 

  • If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at keala@kealuxehairco.com

  • We only replace or exchange an item and/or items if we have sent you the wrong item and/or items. To qualify for an exchange, everything must be in their original packaging and new condition.

  • Your item and/or items must be sent to: Return address which will be provided via email.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
