3. Customer mailing in hair will be responsible to email tracking number to KEALA@kealuxehairco.com

4. Once we receive your package we will email customer informing them we have their package in our possession.

5. The 7 business day turn around will begin to have unit completed and shipped.

6. Customer will receive tracking number via email.

7. Wig will arrive to your mail box/door step in 2-3 business days via USPS.
